listings:
- $125 - Up to 1500 sq. ft. home (20 or more combined
interior and exterior views)
- $150 - Up to 3000 sq.
ft. home (25 or more combined interior and exterior
views)
- $175 - Up to 4500 sq.
ft. home (30 or more combined interior and exterior
views)

Delivered as two file sets, one optimized for web listings and the other print
ready for your literature.

(typically delivered the next morning).

Accepted Forms of Payment
Payment is due 30 days from delivery of the photos. Acceptable forms of
payment are check (preferred), cash, MasterCard,
Visa, Discover, and American
Express. For credit card payments, an electronic invoice gets sent via email with a
link to my secure online payment system. My merchant payment systems use high security
encryption for all credit card transactions. Your credit card number is never stored,
electronically or otherwise. Your privacy and security are my top priority.
Listing photos are given top priority. Please give as much advance
notice as possible and I will do all I can to accommodate your needs. Scheduling for
portraits is generally done a week or more before the session. Please call
